the room was big enough for two. it had a mini fridge. the water pressure in the shower was great (i really liked that). the staff was polite and helpful.

The staff answered questions efficiently. (I'm not saying they were friendly, just efficient.)

The room service was a real letdown. It only happened once during my entire stay. I thought daily room service was standard. The valet also seemed to have lost my car. It sat outside covered in bird droppings. (Charming, really.)

the breakfast had good options and the staff was nice. location was central and near to all important areas like malls and bus station. the facilities were excellent and clean for all guests.

room service happened only once . valet parking could not locate my car. it sat outside behind the hotel for days. it had bird poop when I found it.
